Brittany Hill

Brittany Hill is a Registered Psychotherapist who has been practicing in the mental health field since 2016 and graduated with her Master's in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University in 2017. She is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and is also a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals.
Brittany is passionate about working with you in achieving your goal to make your mental health and life better. She works with diverse clients including children, teens and adults specializing in mental health, family and relationship dynamics and navigating through life transitions.
Brittany has specialized training in Theraplay, Play Therapy and certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. She also uses a combination of counselling theories and techniques including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Family Systems and Attachment Theory.
Brittany's mental health practice includes utilizing talk therapy, creative arts including music, play, art and physical movement to experience calming and self-soothing. She integrates these methods into her personal practice and with clients to provide a holistic approach to experiencing therapy and improving mental, emotional and physical well-being.
