Krystle enjoys working with injuries and everyday posture concerns, which impacts us all, no matter our setting. Not only does she treat the client's complaints, she also addresses the root of the problem, to provide the most optimal treatment. Educating her clients about their bodies and the benefits of massage therapy allows her to maximize treatments and help clients live a more functional and pain free life.

Krystle enjoys helping people to better understand their bodies, and the importance of body mechanics. Maintaining a healthy mind and body connection is most important to her and being a Registered Massage Therapist has enhanced her understanding of her physical state and wellbeing.
