2013 Ontario Chiropractic Association Awards
Above, Dr. Sarah Adams receives the Ontario Chiropractic Association's 2013 Community Relations Award.
The OCA Awards recognize the contributions and achievements of chiropractors across the province. The awards highlight the work of chiropractors in many capacities, including community engagement, patient care and research. OCA members nominate and select the recipients of each award. So it is as much an honour to be nominated for an award as it is to receive one.
"Dr. Sarah Adams engages in several types of community service and encourages her staff to do the same. She brings local businesses together for breakfast meetings and “Business After 5” networking meetings and is a member of her local Chamber of Commerce. She contributes to the health section of her local newspaper and educates the public about chiropractic and its benefits. Dr. Adams also leads running clinics for people learning to run 5-10 kilometers."
