Renata is a compassionate psychotherapist who helps individuals navigate life’s emotional challenges and reconnect with meaning, motivation, and joy. She works with clients who often feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, misunderstood, or stuck in painful patterns linked to BPD, trauma, anxiety, or depression. These experiences can lead to emotional dysregulation, impulsivity, and strained relationships.
Renata offers a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their inner world, build healthier coping strategies, and foster more fulfilling relationships. With over a decade of experience in counselling and coaching, she blends evidence-based approaches—including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, Somatic Therapy, and EMDR—to support deep, lasting change.
She provides both individual and group therapy for those struggling with emotional intensity, anxiety, communication difficulties, and early life trauma. As a Registered Psychotherapist, her work focuses on emotional regulation, behavioral flexibility, and mental wellness in young adults and adults.
Outside the therapy room, Renata finds joy in the simple things—watching a good (and delightfully silly) Netflix series, or two, spending time at the beach, and enjoying quality moments with her loved ones.
