Shaelyn Paul

Shaelyn is originally from Wasaga Beach, where her lifelong connection to sports and physical activity first began. Growing up, she participated in local soccer and hockey, which sparked a deep curiosity about how the human body moves, heals, and performs. Her own injuries led her to pursue studies in kinesiology at Wilfred Laurier University with a specialization in athletic performance and injury management, where she developed a strong academic foundation in the field.

While she is not yet a physiotherapist, Shaelyn plans to obtain her Master’s of Physiotherapy within the next few years. Deeply committed to helping others feel and move better, she looks forward to a future where she can play an active role in supporting people on their recovery and wellness journeys.
