"I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to participate in the past. Your clinics gave me the confidence to start running at the age of 50 and to keep on running now that it has become a part of my lifestyle. I am in better shape and periodically sign up for 10 km runs to keep up the challenge. I have found a good running partner and we motivate each other to keep at it. Your clinics certainly are supportive and celebrate each person's goals and successes. Thanks again!" Michele
